- Season the fish fillets with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the fish fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- In the same skillet, add butter, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and zest. Cook until the butter melts and the garlic is fragrant.
- Pour the lemon butter sauce over the cooked fish. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
You can use any white fish for this recipe. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
