- Preheat the oven and prepare the baking pan with cooking spray.
- Melt butter and bittersweet chocolate together.
- Mix in sugar and vanilla, then add eggs one at a time.
- Add flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake until set.
- Prepare milk chocolate mousse by melting morsels and combining with peanut butter and whipped cream.
- For white chocolate mousse, melt morsels and fold in whipped cream.
- Layer brownies with mousses in stacks and garnish with shaved chocolate.
