Ingredients
  

For the Brownies
  • ¾ cup butter unsalted
  • 1 bar bittersweet dark chocolate baking bar 4-oz., chopped
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon table salt
For the Milk Chocolate Mousse
  • ½ package milk chocolate morsels 12-oz. package, use 1 cup
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
For the White Chocolate Mousse
  • 1 cup white chocolate morsels
  • 1 ¼ cups heavy cream divided

Equipment

  • Oven
  • Mixing bowls
  • Electric mixer
  • Baking pan

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare the baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Melt butter and bittersweet chocolate together.
  3. Mix in sugar and vanilla, then add eggs one at a time.
  4. Add flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix until smooth.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake until set.
  6. Prepare milk chocolate mousse by melting morsels and combining with peanut butter and whipped cream.
  7. For white chocolate mousse, melt morsels and fold in whipped cream.
  8. Layer brownies with mousses in stacks and garnish with shaved chocolate.

Notes

You can add more layers or different chocolate types for variation.
