Ingredients
  

Bell Peppers
  • 1 green bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 orange or yellow bell pepper thinly sliced
Other Ingredients
  • 1 jalapeño thinly sliced
  • ½ cup cilantro coarsely chopped
  • 1.5 limes juice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced bell peppers, jalapeño, and red onion.
  2. Add the cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, kosher salt, and black pepper. Toss to combine.

Notes

For added flavor, let the salad sit for 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
