Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 3 lb chicken thighs, thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
For the Garlic Sauce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 5 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
Sumac Onions
  • 1 tablespoon sumac
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
To Assemble
  • 1 piece Lavash (or pita, tortilla, or flatbread)
  • to taste garlic sauce
  • to taste harissa
  • to taste lettuce
  • to taste tomatoes
  • to taste pickles
  • to taste French fries

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients for the chicken. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked.
  3. Prepare the garlic sauce by mixing mayonnaise, yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and parsley in a bowl.
  4. For the sumac onions, combine red onion, sumac, lemon juice, and parsley in a bowl.
  5. Assemble your wraps by spreading garlic sauce on the lavash and adding chicken, sumac onions, and your choice of toppings.

Notes

You can customize your wrap with additional toppings like cucumbers or different sauces.
