- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Scrub the potatoes and pierce them with a fork. Coat them with neutral oil, then sprinkle with salt.
- Bake the potatoes for about 60 minutes until they are tender.
- While the potatoes bake, prepare the burger sauce by mixing mayonnaise, pickle relish, ketchup, and sugar in a bowl.
- For caramelized onions, heat neutral oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and salt, cooking until soft. Add water as needed to prevent sticking.
- In another skillet, melt butter or heat avocado oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth. Cook until browned. Stir in yellow mustard and cheese until melted.
- Slice the baked potatoes open and fluff the insides with a fork. Top with the beef mixture, caramelized onions, burger sauce, and your choice of toppings.
