  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
For Garnish
  • Red pepper flakes

Method
 

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced chicken breast and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well.
  5. Add fresh basil leaves and toss until wilted.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with red pepper flakes.
