- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, butter, and sugar. Mix until crumbly.
- Add ice water gradually until the dough holds together. Roll out the dough and fit it into a pie dish. Chill while preparing the filling.
- In another bowl, whisk together corn syrup, brown sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in pecans and chocolate chips.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust. Bake for 50 minutes or until set. Let cool before slicing.
