  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • ΒΌ cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
For Garnish
  • green onions for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the cubed chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  2. Add sliced bell peppers and cauliflower rice. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  3. Pour teriyaki sauce over the stir-fry and mix well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.

Notes

You can add other vegetables like broccoli or snap peas for extra nutrition.
