Method
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the cubed chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add sliced bell peppers and cauliflower rice. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Pour teriyaki sauce over the stir-fry and mix well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
Notes
You can add other vegetables like broccoli or snap peas for extra nutrition.
