  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
For the Broccoli
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
For the Sauce
  • ΒΌ cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • to taste tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the cubed chicken and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
  3. Add the broccoli florets and teriyaki sauce. Stir and cook until the broccoli is tender.
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
