Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced into strips
For the Vegetables
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
For the Sauce
  • ΒΌ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • to taste Sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add sliced onion and bell peppers, cooking until they are tender.
  4. Stir in pineapple chunks.
  5. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and cornstarch.
  6. Pour the sauce over the stir-fry and mix until well-coated.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey. Serve over rice for a complete meal.
