- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add sliced onion and bell peppers, cooking until they are tender.
- Stir in pineapple chunks.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and cornstarch.
- Pour the sauce over the stir-fry and mix until well-coated.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey. Serve over rice for a complete meal.
