Ingredients
  

For the Crepes
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ¼ cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Strawberry Cream Filling
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup strawberry jam or preserves
  • ½ cup finely chopped fresh strawberries optional for extra texture
For the Topping
  • ½ cup melted milk or dark chocolate for drizzle

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour a ladle of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, then transfer to a plate.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Fold in the strawberry jam and optional chopped strawberries.
  4. Spread the strawberry cream filling onto each crepe and roll them up. Place on a serving plate.
  5. Drizzle melted chocolate over the crepe rolls before serving.

Notes

Serve immediately for the best texture. You can substitute other fruits for the filling if desired.
