Method
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour a ladle of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, then transfer to a plate.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Fold in the strawberry jam and optional chopped strawberries.
- Spread the strawberry cream filling onto each crepe and roll them up. Place on a serving plate.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the crepe rolls before serving.

Serve immediately for the best texture. You can substitute other fruits for the filling if desired.
