- In a frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sliced onion, cooking until softened.
- Add cubed beef to the pan, season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Brown the beef on all sides.
- Stir in BBQ sauce, soy sauce, and honey. Simmer for 10 minutes until beef is tender.
- Meanwhile, fry the potato slices in hot oil until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cabbage, shredded carrot, mayonnaise, vinegar, lime juice, and parsley. Mix well to create coleslaw.
- Serve the BBQ beef bites with crispy fries and fresh coleslaw on the side.
