Ingredients
  

For the Beef Bites
  • 1 lb beef chuck or stew beef, cubed
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
For the Fries
  • 3 large potatoes, cut into fries
  • Oil for frying
For the Coleslaw
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 large carrot, shredded
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 lime halved
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Method
 

  1. In a frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sliced onion, cooking until softened.
  2. Add cubed beef to the pan, season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Brown the beef on all sides.
  3. Stir in BBQ sauce, soy sauce, and honey. Simmer for 10 minutes until beef is tender.
  4. Meanwhile, fry the potato slices in hot oil until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine cabbage, shredded carrot, mayonnaise, vinegar, lime juice, and parsley. Mix well to create coleslaw.
  6. Serve the BBQ beef bites with crispy fries and fresh coleslaw on the side.

Notes

You can adjust the BBQ sauce to your taste, adding more for sweetness or spiciness.
