Ingredients
  

For the Steak
  • 1 medium steak (sirloin or ribeye), seasoned
For the Sweet Potato Mash
  • 1 cup sweet potato mash (boiled & mashed with a touch of butter/salt)
For the Garlic Green Beans
  • 1 cup green beans, sautéed with garlic and olive oil
For the Topping
  • 2 tablespoon chimichurri or herb-chili topping (parsley, garlic, olive oil, red chili, vinegar)
Additional Seasoning
  • Salt, pepper, olive oil, and butter (as needed)

Method
 

  1. Season the steak with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak to your desired doneness.
  2. In a pot, boil sweet potatoes until soft, then mash with butter and salt.
  3. Sauté green beans in olive oil with garlic until tender.
  4. Assemble the bowl by adding sweet potato mash, sliced steak, garlic green beans, and a drizzle of chimichurri on top.
