- In a skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add cubed steak and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked to your liking.
- In a pot, cook rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and reserve pasta water. In the same pot, melt butter, add minced garlic, then stir in heavy cream and grated parmesan. Mix in cooked pasta and add reserved pasta water for desired creaminess.
- Combine steak bites with creamy pasta. Serve garnished with fresh parsley and extra parmesan cheese.
Notes
You can substitute the steak with chicken or shrimp if desired. Adjust seasonings to taste.
