Ingredients
  

For the Steak Bites
  • 1 lb Beef steak (sirloin or ribeye, cut into cubes)
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil or butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
For the Creamy Pasta
  • 12 oz Rotini pasta
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika or Cajun seasoning
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • ½ cup Pasta water
For Garnish
  • to taste Fresh parsley
  • to taste Extra parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add cubed steak and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked to your liking.
  2. In a pot, cook rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and reserve pasta water. In the same pot, melt butter, add minced garlic, then stir in heavy cream and grated parmesan. Mix in cooked pasta and add reserved pasta water for desired creaminess.
  3. Combine steak bites with creamy pasta. Serve garnished with fresh parsley and extra parmesan cheese.

Notes

You can substitute the steak with chicken or shrimp if desired. Adjust seasonings to taste.
