Ingredients
  

The Ramen & Broth
  • 1 package Instant Ramen Noodles Wheat-based wavy noodles.
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang Korean red chili paste.
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil For a rich, toasted aroma.
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce To add depth and saltiness.
  • 1 teaspoon Honey To balance the heat of the chili.
The Protein
  • 5-6 Chicken Dumplings (Gyoza) Steamed or pan-seared chicken and vegetable dumplings.
  • 1 Beef or Chicken Sausage Large, halal-style sausage, scored and pan-grilled until golden.
  • 1 Soft-Boiled Egg Boiled for 6.5 minutes for a jammy center, sliced in half.
The Fresh Additions
  • Mini Cucumbers Sliced into thick rounds for a fresh crunch.
  • Green Onions Finely chopped for garnish.
  • Chili Oil A drizzle over the dumplings and egg for extra spice.
  • Sesame Seeds A sprinkle of toasted seeds for texture.

Method
 

  1. Prepare the broth by boiling water and adding the Instant Ramen Noodles, Gochujang, Sesame Oil, Soy Sauce, and Honey. Let it simmer.
  2. In a separate pan, cook the Chicken Dumplings and Beef or Chicken Sausage until golden. Soft-boil the egg for 6.5 minutes, then slice in half.
  3. Assemble the bowl by adding the ramen and broth, then top with chicken dumplings, sausage, soft-boiled egg, mini cucumbers, green onions, a drizzle of chili oil, and sesame seeds.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less Gochujang and chili oil.
