Ingredients
  

The Base
  • 1 pack Wheat Ramen Noodles High-quality instant or fresh ramen noodles.
  • 2 cups Water For boiling.
The Spicy Sauce & Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Gochujang Korean red chili paste.
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce Savory and salty base.
  • 1 teaspoon Gochugaru Korean red chili flakes (adjust for heat).
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil For a nutty finish.
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced.
  • 1 teaspoon Honey or Brown Sugar To balance the spice.
The Toppings & Garnish
  • 1 teaspoon Toasted Sesame Seeds Sprinkled for texture.
  • 1 sheet Roasted Seaweed (Nori) Shredded or cut into thin strips.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Chives or Green Onions For a fresh, aromatic finish.
  • Optional Diced red chilies For extra heat.

Method
 

  1. Boil the water in a pot and add the wheat ramen noodles. Cook according to package instructions until tender.
  2. In a bowl, mix the gochujang, soy sauce, gochugaru, sesame oil, minced garlic, and honey or brown sugar to create the spicy sauce.
  3. Drain the noodles and return them to the pot. Add the spicy sauce and stir until the noodles are well coated.
  4. Serve the ramen hot, topped with toasted sesame seeds, roasted seaweed, and dried chives or green onions. Add diced red chilies if desired.

Notes

You can adjust the amount of gochugaru for your preferred spice level. This dish is best enjoyed fresh.
