- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add garlic, broccoli, bell pepper, zucchini, and mushrooms to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce, chili flakes, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the beef stir-fry over steamed white rice.
