Method
- In a large bowl, combine the cole slaw mix, corn, jalapeño, cilantro, and green onions.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lime juice, sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
This slaw is best served cold. You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less jalapeño.
