- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add bell peppers, snap peas, ginger, sriracha, and soy sauce. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
You can adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
