Ingredients
  

For the Stir-Fry
  • 1 lb chicken thigh, sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 tablespoon sriracha
  • ΒΌ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
For Garnish
  • Green onions for garnish

Equipment

  • Wok

Method
 

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add bell peppers, snap peas, ginger, sriracha, and soy sauce. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
  4. Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

You can adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
