Ingredients

  • 2 medium chicken breasts about 12 oz total, cooked and shredded
  • cup hot sauce Frank’s RedHot recommended
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder for extra flavor
For the Wraps
  • 2 large flour tortillas 10-inch, soft and pliable
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce romaine recommended
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese or any cheese available
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing store-bought or homemade
  • 1 small carrot julienned
  • 1 stalk celery thinly sliced

Equipment

  • Bowl for mixing ingredients

Method
 

  1. Cook and shred the chicken breasts. You can poach them for juiciness.
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with hot sauce, melted butter, and garlic powder.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a pan for a few seconds until pliable.
  4. Spread ranch dressing on each tortilla, then add the chicken mixture, lettuce, cheese, carrot, and celery.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly and slice in half. Serve immediately.

You can customize the wraps with your favorite vegetables or add more hot sauce for extra spice.
