- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a large pinch of coarse salt until well combined.
- Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Once melted, pour in the eggs and cook, stirring gently.
- When the eggs are nearly set, add the mixed herbs and cook for another minute.
- Serve the scrambled eggs topped with flaky sea salt, alongside toasted baguette and fresh chives.
Notes
You can use any combination of fresh herbs you prefer.
