- In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic, teriyaki sauce, crushed red pepper, and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the broccoli slaw and florets, and cook until vegetables are tender.
- Meanwhile, prepare the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- Serve the chicken and vegetable mixture over the cooked ramen noodles. Top with pineapple slices if desired.
Notes
You can adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less crushed red pepper.
