Method
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, mix garlic, soy sauce, pineapple juice, honey, vinegar, cornstarch, and water. Pour this sauce over the chicken and simmer until thickened.
- Add cooked rice, pineapple chunks, bell pepper, and green onions to the skillet. Stir well and heat through.
- Serve with optional sesame seeds and crushed red pepper.
Notes
You can adjust the sweetness by changing the amount of honey or sugar. Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
