Method
- In a bowl, combine beef sirloin, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add marinated beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove from the wok.
- Add garlic, onion, and bell pepper to the wok. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Return the beef to the wok. Add pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and beef broth. Stir well and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
Notes
You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar. Feel free to add other vegetables as desired.
