Ingredients
  

For the Stir-Fry
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup bok choy, chopped
For the Sauce
  • cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Peanuts for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add bell peppers and bok choy, stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
  4. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, and honey. Pour over the chicken and vegetables.
  5. Stir well to combine and cook for another minute.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with peanuts.

Notes

You can adjust the level of soy sauce and honey to fit your taste.
