For the Chicken
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
For the Garlic Sauce
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 2 cups milk or half-and-half for extra creaminess
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook each chicken breast until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
  7. For the garlic sauce, melt butter in the same skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  8. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
  9. Add milk gradually, whisking until smooth. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook until thickened.
  10. Serve the chicken topped with creamy garlic sauce.

Notes

You can use half-and-half for a richer sauce. Adjust seasoning to your taste.
