- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
- Dip each chicken breast in the eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook each chicken breast until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
- For the garlic sauce, melt butter in the same skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Add milk gradually, whisking until smooth. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook until thickened.
- Serve the chicken topped with creamy garlic sauce.
Notes
You can use half-and-half for a richer sauce. Adjust seasoning to your taste.
