Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch kosher salt
  • 1 cup dairy or non-dairy milk
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
Optional Toppings
  • peanut butter, jam, chopped walnuts, fresh fruit, and/or cacao nibs for topping

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Add milk, Greek yogurt, and honey. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve cold with your choice of toppings.
