  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
For Thickening
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
For Garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add cubed chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add sliced bell peppers and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, and cornstarch.
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken and peppers and stir until thickened.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with orange slices.

You can add more vegetables like broccoli or snap peas for extra nutrition.
