Ingredients
  

For the Beef
  • 1 lb beef flank steak, thinly sliced
For the Sauce
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ cup chicken broth
For the Vegetables
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 orange zested and juiced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 medium carrot, thinly sliced

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine orange juice, soy sauce, cornstarch, rice vinegar, honey, and chicken broth. Mix well.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
  3. Add beef to the wok and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables, stir well to coat, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve hot over cooked rice.
