- In a bowl, combine orange juice, soy sauce, cornstarch, rice vinegar, honey, and chicken broth. Mix well.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
- Add beef to the wok and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables, stir well to coat, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
