Ingredients
  

For the Crepes
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 ¼ cups milk
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ¼ cup butter melted (or canola oil)
  • 1 pinch salt
For the Filling
  • 1 cup nutella
For Garnish
  • powdered sugar optional
  • strawberries optional

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, sugar, melted butter, and salt until you have a smooth batter.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom. Cook until the edges lift and the bottom is lightly browned, about 1-2 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  3. Spread a layer of Nutella on each crepe, roll them up, and serve. Dust with powdered sugar and add strawberries if desired.
