Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and sea salt. Gradually mix into the butter mixture until just blended. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
Notes
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
