Ingredients
  

For the Fish
  • 4 fillets Branzino 6 ounces each, about 170 grams
For the Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil 30 ml
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lemon thinly sliced
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 sprig fresh oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup dry white wine 60 ml

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, arrange the Branzino fillets. Drizzle with olive oil, and add minced garlic, lemon slices, rosemary, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper. Pour white wine over the fish.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
