- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add cubed chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with feta cheese.
