- In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, red-pepper flakes, and ginger.
- In a separate bowl, mix sesame oil, chopped kimchi, and sugar for the kimchi.
- For the sriracha mayonnaise, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha, and lime juice in a bowl.
- Warm the tortillas in a pan. Assemble tacos by adding beef, kimchi, onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
Notes
You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less Sriracha. Serve with lime wedges for extra flavor.
