Ingredients
  

For the Marinade
  • 3 Tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 clove garlic mashed
For the Steak
  • 1-1.5 lb. Flank Steak

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine apple cider vinegar, sea salt, black pepper, cumin, turmeric, and mashed garlic to create the marinade.
  2. Place the flank steak in the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes before grilling.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the flank steak for about 5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
  4. Remove from the grill, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice against the grain and serve.

Notes

For added flavor, let the steak marinate for longer if time allows.
