- In a mixing bowl, combine apple cider vinegar, sea salt, black pepper, cumin, turmeric, and mashed garlic to create the marinade.
- Place the flank steak in the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes before grilling.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the flank steak for about 5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
- Remove from the grill, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice against the grain and serve.
