Method
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a baking sheet.
- Mix the ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and olive oil in a bowl.
- Spread the ricotta mixture over the pizza dough.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the crust is golden.
- While the pizza is baking, mix honey, red pepper flakes, and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl.
- Once the pizza is done, drizzle the hot honey over the top and add optional toppings if desired.
Notes
Use fresh basil and crushed red pepper for extra flavor.
