- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the cubed chicken and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic and mixed vegetables to the wok. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Pour in honey and soy sauce. Stir well to coat the chicken and vegetables.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
