Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 1 lb chicken breast cubed
For the Vegetables
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli, bell peppers)
For the Sauce
  • ΒΌ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
For Garnish
  • sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the cubed chicken and cook until browned.
  2. Add minced garlic and mixed vegetables to the wok. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Pour in honey and soy sauce. Stir well to coat the chicken and vegetables.
  4. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
