  • 1 cup Roasted corn Freshly roasted or canned.
  • ¼ cup Cilantro Fresh, for the sauce.
  • ½ cup Sour cream For the cilantro cream sauce.
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice Freshly squeezed for the sauce.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper To taste.
  • 2 cups Cooked rice or quinoa Base of the bowl.

Method
 

  1. Cook the steak in a skillet over medium-high heat to your desired doneness.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper to make the cilantro cream sauce.
  3. Assemble the bowl by placing cooked rice or quinoa at the base, then topping with steak, roasted corn, diced avocado, and cilantro cream sauce.
