- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with minced garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add soy sauce, chili flakes, sesame oil, and brown sugar to the beef. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- In another pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic, broccoli, bell pepper, zucchini, and mushrooms until tender. Add soy sauce and mix well.
- Serve the beef and veggies over the steamed rice.

You can customize the vegetables based on your preference. Try adding carrots or snap peas for extra color and flavor.
