Ingredients
  

For the Beef
  • ½ pound ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
For the Veggies
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • ½ red bell pepper sliced into strips
  • ½ zucchini sliced
  • ½ cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
For the Base
  • 1 cup steamed white rice

Method
 

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with minced garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add soy sauce, chili flakes, sesame oil, and brown sugar to the beef. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. In another pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic, broccoli, bell pepper, zucchini, and mushrooms until tender. Add soy sauce and mix well.
  4. Serve the beef and veggies over the steamed rice.

Notes

You can customize the vegetables based on your preference. Try adding carrots or snap peas for extra color and flavor.
