Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Skewers
  • 1 lb chicken breast cubes Marinated
For the Homemade Fries
  • 2 potatoes potato fries Hand-cut and crispy
For the Side Salad
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce Chopped
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup cucumbers Diced
  • 1 cup cheese cubes
For the Dressing
  • ΒΌ cup vinaigrette Light
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs Sprinkled on top

Method
 

  1. Prepare the chicken breast cubes by marinating them for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the marinated chicken on skewers until cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. While the chicken is grilling, cut the potatoes into fries and fry or bake until golden and crispy.
  4. In a bowl, mix the romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, cucumbers, and cheese cubes for the salad.
  5. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and sprinkle dried herbs on top.

Notes

Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the side salad for extra flavor.
