- In a mixing bowl, combine the juice of limes, ground coriander, ground cumin, cayenne, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix well.
- Add shrimp and chicken to the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken and shrimp for 5-7 minutes or until cooked through.
- In the last few minutes of grilling, add the peppers, jalapeños, and onions. Grill until they are tender.
- Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 1 minute per side.
- Serve the grilled chicken and shrimp with tortillas, sour cream, radishes, and cilantro.
