For the Base
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
For the Topping
  • ½ apple diced for topping

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix chia seeds, almond milk, cinnamon, honey, Greek yogurt, and peanut butter.
  2. Top with diced apple before serving.

Notes

You can adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup.
