Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Burgers
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • ¼ cup grated onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
For the Yogurt Sauce
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup grated cucumber
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, grated onion, parsley, mint, oregano, feta cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and form into patties.
  2. Heat olive oil in a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and black pepper to create the yogurt sauce.
  4. Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on burger buns, topped with lettuce, tomato, and the yogurt sauce.
