Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 1 lb Chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
For the Bowl
  • 2 cups French fries Cooked
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cucumber Diced
  • ½ cup Red onion Sliced
  • ½ cup Kalamata olives
  • ½ cup Feta cheese Crumbled
For the Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup Cucumber (grated)
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Dill or mint (optional)

Method
 

  1. Marinate the chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the marinated chicken on a grill or skillet until fully cooked. Let it rest before slicing.
  3. Prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and optional dill or mint in a bowl.
  4. Assemble the bowl by placing cooked fries, sliced chicken, cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, sliced red onion, Kalamata olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
  5. Serve with tzatziki sauce on the side.
