- Marinate the chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the marinated chicken on a grill or skillet until fully cooked. Let it rest before slicing.
- Prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and optional dill or mint in a bowl.
- Assemble the bowl by placing cooked fries, sliced chicken, cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, sliced red onion, Kalamata olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Serve with tzatziki sauce on the side.
