- Heat the skillet over medium heat.
- Layer camembert and cheddar cheese between two slices of sourdough bread. Add thyme, lemon zest, and apple slices. Season with fresh ground pepper.
- Grill the sandwich in the skillet until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.
