Ingredients
  

For the Fries
  • 4 large russet potatoes cut into fries
  • 2–3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1–2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Optional
  • pinch of chili flakes optional
For Dipping Sauce
  • ½ cup ketchup or marinara sauce optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes if using.
  3. Spread the fries evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
  6. Serve hot with ketchup or marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

You can adjust the amount of garlic and cheese to your liking. Add more spices for extra flavor.
