- Begin by cutting the chicken into bite-sized pieces and seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
- While the chicken cooks, mince the garlic and chop the parsley. In the last 2 minutes of cooking, add the garlic and remaining butter to the skillet.
- Once the chicken is done, remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan and parsley. Serve hot with extra Parmesan and red pepper flakes if desired.
