Ingredients
  

For the Garlic Green Beans
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves thinly sliced garlic
  • 1 ¼ pounds button mushrooms, trimmed and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup dry white wine, such as Sauvignon Blanc
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 ½ pounds blanched green beans

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add mushrooms and ground coriander. Cook until mushrooms are tender. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour in white wine and water. Stir to combine and let simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Add sherry vinegar and blanched green beans. Toss everything together and cook until heated through.
  5. Remove from heat and mix in chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

You can adjust the amount of sherry vinegar based on your taste preference.
