- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.
- Add broccoli, bell peppers, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and mix well. Cook for 2 more minutes.
Notes
You can add other vegetables like carrots or snap peas for variety.
