For the Stir-Fry
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.
  3. Add broccoli, bell peppers, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and mix well. Cook for 2 more minutes.

Notes

You can add other vegetables like carrots or snap peas for variety.
