Method
- Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced steak and cook until browned on both sides. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried herbs.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- In a separate pot, steam the broccoli and baby carrots until tender.
- Serve the steak with the steamed vegetables on the side. Drizzle with soy sauce if using and garnish with fresh parsley.

You can add more vegetables if desired. Adjust seasoning to your taste.
