Ingredients
  

For the Steak
  • 1 lb Beef steak (sirloin or ribeye, sliced)
For the Vegetables
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 cups Baby carrots
For Cooking
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil or butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • to taste teaspoon Salt
  • to taste teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried herbs (thyme or rosemary)
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce (optional, for extra flavor)
  • to garnish Fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned on both sides. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried herbs.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  4. In a separate pot, steam the broccoli and baby carrots until tender.
  5. Serve the steak with the steamed vegetables on the side. Drizzle with soy sauce if using and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

You can add more vegetables if desired. Adjust seasoning to your taste.
